I was always fascinated by non-conventional input devices, like trackball-based mouse input. I’m sitting in front of a computer most of the time and I wanted to get an ergonomic mouse.
With no research what so ever I ordered a Logitech MX Ergo, which is a wireless mouse that has a Logitech Unifying receiver and Bluetooth. The Unifying software is hot garbage, 0/10 but Bluetooth works perfectly.

The mouse is amazing, since I have it (for about a month now) I didn’t have to charge it at all, however due to it’s ball nature it will collect grime and make it harder to move the mouse on the screen.

Sadly Logitech didn’t provide a guide on how to clean your ball and ball compartment which made me disappointed. Luckily, I found a video on YouTube that was uploaded in 2021 by SoSoTech which you can watch here.

I’m a first-time trackball mouse owner but I would say it’s miles better than a conventional mouse, I love it.
